Sooo I wanted to try out Gouache and heard that you could mix white gouache with transparent watercolor and it works similarly. Cool! The store I went to had probably 30 some tubes… all except white. Come on. They did have the 10 tube pack though, so expensive, not sure I even want it yet. :/ Bought gray instead.

Stupid me forgot there’s another art store two shops down. God damn it. Yay they got white but it doesn’t say if it’s transparent or not. Hmmm. Red flag? Nope. (facepalm)

So yeah, me thinks, what am I gonna do with a gray now.

Got home, pulled it out, FUCK, it does say gouache. WHAT AM I GOING TO DO WITH A WHITE PROFESSIONAL TUBE OF WHITE? I barely use white. Ugh. Double the price too, ah well.

Getting the colors to come out with gouache on the brush is… challenging. Hmm will I pick up oil? This is the less hassle and less smell version I guess.
